The coast goes on forever

This is the view from the edge of Brighton marina looking towards Peacehaven.

The buildings atop the cliffs are Roedean school, a super selective girls school where boarding fees are £9,500 per term. For this they also get access to a private tunnel to the beach!

We are staying at the Malmaison hotel overlooking the boats in the marina. This is my birthday treat rescheduled from 22 October.

A beautiful sunny day but rather chilly.
