Tarbet

I went to bed last night feeling fine but I woke up in the middle of the night with a sore back and struggled to get out of the bed.  I spent most of the day with a hot water bottle at my back. I went for a short walk with my three wheeler walker down to the shore and it loosened if up a bit.
