Hummus/houmous

I put hummus in one side of the dish and a pea and spinach hummus-type dip in the other half. I drizzled it with oil, and sprinkled it with fresh herbs, chopped preserved lemon, pomegranate seeds and dukkah. I served it with toasted pitta bread cut into strips. Then I scoffed it.
