Work in progress

Today is the day for felling our beech tree. The workmen started at 8am and worked all day until it was nearly dark, but are still not finished. The extra shows how far they have got. The pile of logs is very much larger now. Normous asked if he could have a few logs for the fire, but he didn't expect them to be this big!
It has been cold and wet today, not the best weather for climbing trees. The forecast is better for tomorrow
