Still not happy, quiet, skulking, flying low over the ground, keeping behind deep in his hawthorn tree, but totally relaxed with me, preening himself, taking an eye off the world as he maintains his feathers, as he knows I'm watching & will warn him of any danger or at least approaching danger. He came so close again this morning & let me come closer still, there was no need for touch today, we were just still together, safe. :) Feathery xxx's
