Whole Spices

Given the weather today, it had to be an indoor blip!  I had planned to make a lovely curry tonight and then remembered about camera club so the curry is marinating for tomorrow night and a quick and easy tea tonight.  This is a photograph of the whole spices toasting in the pan.
