Rabbit, rabbit.......

Prepare for a major RANT. We had a phone call yesterday afternoon, from the window company. to say the team would arrive early this morning. We got up really early, had breakfast, got dressed, took the curtains and blinds down, and we sitting  patiently waiting for them to arrive. The phone rang, at 8.20am, to say that they wouldn't be coming today . The excuse was, the wagon delivering the Pilkington glass, had an accident and all the glass slid off the trestle and  was damaged. They  have informed us they will start tomorrow, but to say that I am furious isn't the word. We chose this particular company, although they weren't the cheapest, because we thought, they would be reliable, now I'm not so sure. I didn't know whether to laugh or cry. Rant over, so instead, we went to M & S to do the food shop, and then to the cafe for a well deserved coffee and snack. I  do hope they turn up tomorrow, or heads will roll.
