Winter Approaches

Cold & grey outside.  Warm and cosy inside.  Cats have sought out all the cosiest corners and G even closed her bedroom window. I'm happy to be home, warm. 

I tried to learn something new this afternoon.

That was great fun.  

A friend said i should try getting into Salesforce.  And so I tried.  

I registered.

I set up my password.  I entered it again.  I clicked all the buttons. 

And then I tried to login.

"We have no idea who you are.  Contact your System Administrator."

I am my System Administrator and I hadn't a clue what to do.

I tried signing up again but apparently someone was using my random E-mail address and it couldn't be registered.

So I started up again.  A new bogus E-Mail address, random names, everything. Yes, of course I accept your terms and conditions. Just let me in.

It let me in.

Oooh look at that - horribly translated German.  I think I'll change the language to English.  What do you mean you can't change the language in the Settings?  Oh I can click on English but nothing happens....

And so on, and so on.  45 effin' und jeffin' minutes later.  I had everything in English.

Ok let's try the tutorial.
