The Woodcarver

This stall is one of many in Manchester's Christmas Market.  It sells wooden carvings of every description.    A most enjoyable day spent with a friend, which included lunch, a bit of retail therapy and stops for tea and coffee etc.    National Rail was at its best this morning when my 34 minute journey took one and a quarter hours due to a problem with points.   Fortunately, no problem on the way home.
