In Hiding

We had a massive storm overnight, but luckily the OGH garden seems to have dodged a bullet yet again.  The ground is very messy with twigs and stuff, but no major damage.  And the roses have be torn to shreds which means we will all be deadheading tomorrow.

This lovely yellow Achillea escaped, and likewise its small companion.  I didn't focus on the spider, so it's a bit soft - the rest of the flower head was very sharp, but I cropped it to highlight its little friend.

And we got about 25 mm of rain, which was very welcome - no watering for a few days at least.
