H has been really poorly today. This morning we managed to drive to the hospital, get a blood test done and home in less than 15 minutes, thanks to mom in law telling me I could book an appointment. It was all downhill after that. A good friend popped round to see me this afternoon with cake, and collect her own birthday present, at least I’d taken her out for birthday breakfast last week.
