two hours before i could get logged in at work today - TWO FRICKIN' HOURS!!! someone somewhere else in the country had the bright idea of changing the company IT system so now it doesn't work. BAH!!!

also, it's time for *someone* to sort themselves out and at least send a one-line (one-word) reply when i ask a question THREE TIMES.
