Standing room only

A fine turnout this afternoon for the official opening of the Stannard Room at St Mary's Church, Braughing. The kitchen and toilet extension has been years in the planning but it has been made possible, financially, by the bequest of Dorothy Stannard, who lived in the village for many years.
