For the Record,
This day came in cold and cloudy with really low temperatures expected when I drive home from the painting studio.

Last day of really normal eating till my routine colonoscopy on Wednesday morning. I dread the prep, the bottles of Magnesium Citrate, the Jell-O, Gatorade and sleepless night...yuck.
