There were Real Christmas Trees this Morning ...

... and these chalets on the ridge are unlikely to have any more road traffic to them. They are above a ski piste in Barboleusaz, near Villars. Look large to see which one has left its Swiss flag out!
The first snow is so magical, the way it rests in every nook and cranny. and creates Christmas card images from normally dark hillsides.. I have a childish delight in these things.
