Busy Day #2

While the rest of you have been climbing up mountains or visiting other interesting places I have been painting. Did the second coat on the woodwork and door. It's not getting another. So, a quick bit of wallpapering tomorrow, and the first room is done.

Did manage to get some fresh air this afternoon - I pruned the lavender hedge. Last year I did it with secateurs, this year I had to use shears. Next year I will probably need to get my hedge trimmer out.

I took a photo of the hedge but it wasn't very good, so here is a lampshade instead. Straight out of camera as they say!
