Galle

Visit to Galle today be car - took about 4 hours.  Stopped off at a turtle orphanage and museum where we held turtle eggs and saw where they were hatching out some eggs.  They have to buy in eggs specially.  We held day old turtles and these would be released into the sea late into the evening.  They also had giant turtles, some needing medication and some which were deformed and would therefore stay at the orphanage.
On to Galle at the bottom of the island.  Very quaint and quiet. beautiful area and well worth a visit.  Again on the way home ran into a rain storm and it certainly pours down.
