Really enjoyed the visit from Phyllis (aged 92) whose approach to her knee replacements was that the exercises she was told she had to do 3 times a day every day was what she had to do. As a result she is still up and walking. A real inspiration for me.
I walked round the block with my Zimmer frame, took ages but I did it. Glad of company and supervision. Also have been going up and down stairs with a combination of The Indian stick and holding onto the bannister (but still grateful for the chairlift)
