Decluttered the bedroom floor (a ‘starting small’ exercise),completed a pile of ironing that had beaten me since my knee injury and washed Bob.

Not the most inspiring of jobs for a day off but glad I did them.

I also managed a fast day, a bit of Christmas shopping, to the cinema and some Christmas film viewing.

As it is almost December I’ve allowed myself some Christmas inspired footwear.

Grateful for cheery parcel delivery service, the ability to walk outside and for laughter.
