Still full of cold... how could that happen, I'm usually so well!  So I won't be climbing indoors with Mary today, and will probably postpone yoga and do the Friday class instead.

I walked to the Drs, re excema not my cold, and also made an appointment for flu and pneumonia inoculations, and then came back the long, 4 mile, way round. I don't make a good patient!
