Cat's Tongue

It is not an actual Cat's Tongue, it is, of course, a biscuit.  One with quite a lot of different names.  In my supermarket they are known Löffelbiskuits or Spoon Biscuits (I'm sure every Bundesland has a different name for these).

I saw these and thought I had to try them again.  For some reason I was transported way, way back to my childhood and I remembered the taste of the smell of these.  It was hardly a profound Proustian moment, but it did bring a brief sigh of innocence to my day.
