Worlds past, present and future.....

A really miserable day started with fog so thick, you could hardly see across the road. Undeterred l met up with a friend for a visit to the British Library to see the Anglo Saxon exhibition. This was astounding, it is hard to get ones head around the fact that the beautiful, beautiful manuscripts one was looking at were produced by hand from 6th century onwards. If you live in London or are visiting do go and see this exhibition.
Afterwards we wandered around the Kings Cross area, still mesmerized by the sheer brilliance of the buildings and the creative minds which dream up this architecture.
