The Op

The "Op" is usually the answer in cryptic crossword clues for work. There was a bus shelter in this spot early this morning when I went to get a paper. By this afternoon it had gone! It was not dismantled tidy for re-erection but smashed beyond recognition, By the state of the mangled mess, I assume by the JCB you see in the background.
In its place they were laying some fancy kerb stones, I assume for these easy access buses that are about. Hope they replace the shelter;-it had proved a good site for me to grab some candid shots in the past.
