Olives Galore

Today the three of us worked in the flat olive grove collecting the olives from the trees. The olives bigger and we managed to select the leaves and little branches from the olives better than some weeks ago, what resulted in some 50 kilo's of olives per bag ~  8 bags we filled today!
And it's like everybody is picking his olives nowadays as the roads are filled with pick-up trucks and tractors loaded with bags full of olives, that are taken to the olive oil plant, like we did this eve too. And where ever you go you hear the little machines hammering out the olives from the trees. We kept and keep record of the weather report... Rain was forcasted for this eve and night, and yes it's falling now.
Tomorrow should be dry and fine with sunny spels, at least dry weather is what we all need for reaping the olives and I count on the forecast that tomorrow is another fine day for reaping the olives... the final day it seems as weatherchange with showers is coming on Thursday and then we hope the olive oil will be made from our harvested lot.
