Silent Lights

After a long lunch with friends from the South Lakes Mr Flum and I went to see the full partial glory of the Silent Lights installation (i.e. without paying for music).
What I did notice was the frequency of unlit areas, indicating regular employment for the brave chaps who climb over the structure to replace the faulty bulbs, and also the reflections in the nearby office windows  (extra photo).
I don't see a direct connection with the Christmas story but, then, there is none in a Big Wheel, Helter-skelter or scary drop/swing round a Light Tower. Such is modern life!
