Shakshuka

Well... some of the simplest things can become so difficult.. this is my final try at getting two pictures side by side using paint...clunky is not the word!! 

This was such glorious deliciousness tonight after the wettest, greyest, coldest day for months so l had to share it with you... it took about hald an hour to make and l am delighted to say there is another portion of the sauce for tomorrow
