American Kestrel

If I do not have this identified correctly, please let me know.  Today I was going to the store and a few errands .  I decided to take a little detour to the refuge as a treat to myself.  I had so much fun photographing a doe and her three fawns (see extra photos).  Lots of birds starting to show up, but this little kestrel was so pretty sitting on the sign.  He didn't stick around long.
