First flowering

This is the first flowering of a charming little cyclamen corn given to me - it must be around three years ago now - by Tony G, alias Crocus Man, of Blipfoto.
I wish I knew its subspecies and also why it's flower stems are so long: whether this is characteristic of this type of cyclamen or if it's trying to tell me it wants more light!
