Snagging - only the painter turned up.

Housesitting in new home, younger son and partner got keys on 26 October 2018. It’s a nice place, and a lot has been achieved. As always, there’s a snagging list - they were at work, so I got the job.
To be fair the Site Agent did turn up. “The plumber will come (he didn’t). And the french polisher and the electrician won’t come today....”
