DEEP FRIED RICE BALL....

They say the Chinese can cook anything...and i believe this...a new restaurant opened near my college...i have been many times, the food is great and affordable, plus they give me coupons and a lovely cup gift...which is typical of new places here...BUT, for how long.
People like the show of the master frying up rice dough into a giant ball...i must admit takes skill...but when the restaurant settles down and becomes less busy, will he stay...no people... no money...no salary...no master...seem to happen often here in Nanchang...
So enjoy the balls...If you ask the Chinese...its Delicious, standard comment...but for me...too oily...the dough absorbs it...
