Wet

Went to meet some friends that I used to volunteer with in the foodbank for coffee & scones. Haven't caught up with them for a long while. Was a bit anxious about meeting up but relaxed into chat with friends.

It poured getting there & poured getting home, with a short burst of blue sky early afternoon but has disappeared into the dampness again.

These shoes are no longer waterproof but don't know if they ever would have kept out today's rain. Weekend sports pages now drying them out.
