Wasted Day

Today was supposed to be the day where one car went and a new one came.

However, our friends at BCA managed not to collect the old one so now there is one too many cars here.

I say our friends because they did exactly the same when I swapped my car in July.

Search the #britishcarauctions hashtag on Twitter and it makes for grim reading. Nothing new, just the latest example of poor service by a big company.

This is the internet world where there are no genuine relationships.
