Mince Pie Day

Today is the 1st December, and I can now start to think about Christmas:

Time to start thinking about shopping

Time to buy a plastic Christmas tree as the housemates decided they don't want one (bah humbug)

Time to give into temptation and have a mince pie.

Rich shortcrust pastry filled with a delicious mincemeat and lightly dusted with sugar....

Nom nom nom....
