We drove 25 miles to Lutterworth this morning for Rob's football match only to find the pitch still frozen. Despite attempts by the away team manager to thaw out the key areas as much as possible the referee called the game off. 25 miles home again and 3 hours wasted!!

I went to pick Lucy up from work and took some photos of these dried out petals, they looked really pretty with the light shining through but none of my photos do them justice. Thought about going back but think I'll leave it until another day. Need a cup of coffee now!!

Gav's just taken Lucy out driving again....only for a short time as he wants to go and watch Tamworth FC play this afternoon.
