Christmas is Coming

Went to the LC Christmas Market today on a wet and dreary day. We started the day walking Dog on the seafront, and got soaked! It was very windy with driving rain. Once Dog was delivered back home we set off to LC.

We were supposed to meet up with son number 2 and friends, and also blip friend Rachelwhynot. Sone had transport problems and didn’t make it at all, and somehow we managed to get our timings all wrong to be able to meet up with E and family. I did stock up on my our favourite curry sauces, bought some hand made hair bows for Amelia and supported the Medical Dogs Detection Charity. I enjoyed a half portion of Raclette (i love it, but too big a portion for one and Mr L did not like it!) Stalker and Di running the Santa’s grotto ate the rest! Quick hello with FlyingPRGal and aLso good to catch up briefly with Sue and Howard who once again supplied us with a lovely hot latte free of charge. Despite the hot food and coffee we were very wet and bedraggled after a couple of hours and decided to head off home, completely missing E. I’m so sorry E if you are reading this!

Got home and lit a fire for a bit of cheer!
