Clock Tower

Today is one of those days that it only stops raining so it can drizzle instead but, undeterred, this intrepid Blipper ventured out with her camera and an umbrella.  I managed to get this shot of Bolton town hall without getting soaked by sheltering from the rain underneath the library portico which is opposite.
