The wrong side

I haven't been far today nor will I be going far tomorrow but I am catching up on all the Netflix items in my watch list. Today I started on "The Crown" which I am really enjoying. I would love to know how close to the truth it is.

Anyway my blip is of the new lines on the road at the end of the street. I an still convinced the Keep clear should be at the entrance to the side road and not the exit from it?? Surely they have it wrong?
