The Pursuit of ....

Arts & Crafts

Today was a day spent at markets - first was a fair with a number of stalls set up, some with crafts, some with general bric a brac and some with goods that should have been dispatched to the junk heap (well, they say there is a buyer for everything). I did pick up a cool camel in a santa hat and matching hump cover. The second was an art market, with some really creative street art on display and a number of stalls set up selling their craft/wares. I got some amazing pictures, including of chairs and tables for passers-by made from tyres and street signs, as well as creative designs on buildings (permanent art in the area). With that, thought that I should have a good and blipable shot for the day. While heading back to the car, DesertCamel pointed out how beautiful the setting sun looked through the buildings and down this side street. So, I did what any self-respecting photographer would do and bagsed the blip - sorry DesertCamel. Blipping is addictive and better than a competitive sport (I say after just 4 days!).
