Out and in

Outside the kitchen window, I see a man wearing red shoes. Unusual, when most of them dress in black. Afterwards, in the computer, I saw one more person on the shot, one of the employees at the job centre. I also see that there are a lot of electric power cables to the computer.
Inside the kitchen window has my strange flower, evolved into a cone! I have come to the conclusion it is some kind of leucadendron, a tree, not a flower. (the extra)
