Repair or replace

After a morning at Citizens Advice, I collected another cuckoo clock from the shop only to find that one of the bellows is torn.  Replacements can be bought and are not too difficult to source but it is possible to remake the bellows.  However, the special non tear paper is as expensive as replacement bellows and the job is very fiddly. If I was bored and wanted the challenge I might undertake the task but I have a very busy week ahead hosting two representatives from the Commune coming from France to a casting at the bell foundry.
