Rainbow Colours

A lovely double rainbow over the houses this afternoon.

Having joked about my uniform and insurance, I was reminded this afternoon that my bright orange and yellow getup isn't just for fun.  An elderly lady nearly ran me down when I was in the middle of the road.  She just managed to apply her brakes an inch from my feet.  Thankfully nobody else was on the crossing at that point.
