Teaching view

I was teaching all day today, on Root Cause Analysis. We ended up with 12 on the course, but a very good crowd. I'm going to miss doing this, its one of the parts of my current job I really enjoy, although it's completely exhausting - because I'm always ready to field questions and concerns. And there were some great discussions today, particularly around the ethical issues. 

This was the view from the training room. Not a bad view, I think you'll agree.
