The Night That Says Nay

Dreadful night sleep.  My brain wouldn't switch off, even after I'd read for about an hour beforehand.  I got up and watched some American football, felt tired, went back and still struggled.

How I got through the day I don't know?

Well I do.  It's because I was buzzing with excitement after helping an organisation improve themselves today.  I always get a buzz from helping people.  Knowing that you can make a difference gives you a good feeling.

I'm going to rest tonight though and I should be so flipping tired I should have no problem. Lol!
