Rainbows in December??

Saw this on my way home from work today and decided it would be an interesting blip.

Interesting in that it is 12/3 and I didn't notice any sort of precipitation  all day. It may have been a little humid but not much or at least not enough to create a rainbow.

It was a gloomy day though so this sight really brightened it!

The extra is of some last remaining leaves on a bush in my "back yard".
