Shoe Celebration

Just off Rushden High Street this evening there was the finale event of the Global Footprint Project, a celebration of the past and present of the Northamptonshire footwear industry.

They put on a great show and used an old shoe factory as the backdrop to show photos and graphics along with a soundtrack of music, interviews with shoe workers and factory owners and sounds from the manufacturing processes. A really great show!
