Three cakes just out of the oven. The aroma is almost, almost getting me into the Christmas spirit......almost.

My very first blip, almost 5 years ago, was also of three Christmas cakes but they ended up being iced with almond icing and royal icing. I’m not doing that this year. Quite a load off really ;-)))
