The AGM of our walking club was this morning.  The HG has been the route convener for a long number of years, but due to his illness he had decided to stand down this year.

However, he was persuaded to remain as route convener, but that the recce leaders will take more responsibility for their walks and report back to him; his job will be more of a computer job.  At least until he is able to walk the distances again.

The AGM went well as usual, then as usual Irene supplied some wonderful home baking for us afterwards.
