"Best place to visit in Stratford...!"

Shakespeare's schoolroom! We, a very small group of three,  were given such an entertaining 3 hours here in the company of two excellent guides; one a professional actor who told us off big time...for slouching, not paying proper attention, needing haircuts, picking our noses (not me!) This is a newly opened attraction and proved a huge success with school groups. The building is still used at the beginning of each day by the pupils of king Edward V1 school and the old lives so well alongside the new. Thoroughly recommended!

Then onto Holy Trinity Church where Shakespeare was baptised, married and buried.

We haven't seen a play during this visit to Stratford  but have filled our days very happily...and we took a different route home although traffic was still thick and fast.

A very belated entry!
