Into the Sun

I was surprised to find that this was my favorite shot today.  I only had one chance since the heron surprised me, and I didn't have my camera set for continuous shooting.  I didn't expect to have caught it at all.  Fortunately the Sony RX10 is very fast at focusing.  The bird was flying into the sun late in the day so I did minimal processing.  I felt Mother Nature did a better job with the lighting than I would have been able to.
