Fat Boy

My brief return to the US is going to end up with me turning into one of these delicious ice cream sandwiches.  They are SO good.  L saw my dessert on a FaceTime talk, and he told me that I should eat something healthier, like an apple, for dessert.  Sour grapes, methinks.  I better get a run in tomorrow.
